Some organizations are born from strategy. DiVa & DuDe was born from life. For over four decades, she has stood at the intersection of every system that shapes — and too often breaks — human lives. She has walked the halls of schools and courtrooms, sat in hospital rooms and reentry programs, preached in sanctuaries and spoken in community centers. What she witnessed, again and again, was the same person falling through the same cracks in the same systems — unseen, unserved, and uncounted.

It was not a report or a research study .....

DiVa & DuDe is in a season of intentional growth — expanding programs, strengthening community partnerships, and building the infrastructure to serve more JADE individuals with the same depth and dignity that has defined this work from the beginning. The foundation is solid. The vision is clear. The best is still ahead.

 The DiVa & DuDe Community Outreach & Training Center exists to encourage, educate, and edify JADE individuals — empowering them to break cycles and  build futures.

Our vision

We see a world where every JADE individual — those the systems forgot and the margins couldn't hold — rises into the fullness of their purpose. Where encouragement plants the seed, education opens the door, and edification builds the person who walks through it. We envision thriving communities where no one is defined by their circumstances — where the overlooked are seen, the voiceless are heard, and every person walks fully into who they were created to be.
